Bright Channels Returns & Refunds Policy – Built for Fairness, Backed by Precision

We want you to be fully satisfied with every component and tool you purchase from Bright Channels. If your order isn’t what you expected, we offer a structured and supportive return process to ensure your investment in quality is never at risk.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • The product is not a custom or clearance item

  • You initiate the return within the eligibility period

Returned items will be inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet return conditions.


Return Process

To begin your return:

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if applicable).

  2. Our team will issue a Return Authorization and instructions on where to send your item.

  3. Ship the product back using a trackable shipping method of your choice.

Note: Unauthorized returns or packages sent to incorrect facilities may not be processed.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a defect or fulfillment error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend choosing a carrier with tracking for your peace of mind.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees (from the original order) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our end.

If the returned product is used, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error, the refund may be partially reduced or denied.


Exchanges

We currently do not process direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, please place a new order and request a return for the original.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized parts or made-to-spec components

  • Used hardware tools or kits

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or promotional bundles


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Received something broken or not what you ordered? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve it promptly with a refund, replacement, or other corrective action.
